Manny Yarbrough stood 6-foot-8, often weighed more than 800 pounds and used his imposing physique to capture the world amateur sumo wrestling title and an earn a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s largest athlete.
He was, however a gentle giant with a child-like joy for life.
